Timothy Hall, President and Founder of AZORCA Cyber Security, LLC. Tim has over 30 years of experience in Information Assurance and Cyber Security. His broad general management and leadership experience in product development, system integration and consultancy services provide a unique perspective regarding cyber risk management and business trades.
Prior to forming AZORCA Cyber Security, LLC, Tim was a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton where he led the firm’s Cyber Technology team in the Federal Finance market. He was also responsible for delivering a broad range of Information Assurance and Cyber Security capabilities to the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Information Assurance Directorate (IAD).
Prior to his consultancy engagements Tim held general management position, for a global Information Assurance business, providing a diversified portfolio of Information Assurance technology, products, systems and services supporting Space, Avionics, Infrastructure, Networks, Wireless and Wire-line markets.
Tim holds a BS from the University of Dayton, an MBA from University of Phoenix, security clearances and five patents in the areas of communications security and information assurance.
James Summers, Vice President Cyber and Operations Risk Management. Jim has both a strong technical and operations management background and has worked within the Information/Cyber Security Industry for over 30 years. Jim leads AZORCA’s cyber and operations risk management services for both commercial and government clients.
In his prior position, Jim served as an Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). While at BAH, he led the firm’s System Delivery (SD) business serving a portfolio of Intelligence Community (IC) clients. He also served as a member of the firm’s Cyber Steering Committee that oversaw the development of the solution space addressing Cyber threats that go beyond Information Technology and perimeter-based security solutions to include Incident Response, Data Protection, Data Analytics, and Predictive Intelligence services.
Prior to BAH, Jim served as a Senior Vice President & General Manager at SafeNet, Inc. Jim directed both the firm’s Engineering and Program Management organizations (commercial and government teams). In overlapping roles, he was also Division General Manager, Data Protection leading the evolution beyond product development to developing cutting edge solutions designed to protect enterprise data throughout its life cycle; and President of SafeNet GS, LLC.
Prior to SafeNet, Jim had a successful career at Motorola/General Dynamics, his last position serving as Director of Engineering of General Dynamics Decision Systems (GDDS)/Information Security Systems & Products Division (ISSPD) and Director, Common Security Platforms Center of Excellence.
Jim received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
J. Dino Almendral Esq., Vice President Audit and Compliance Risk. Dino has more than 25 years of experience providing legal and management advice to commercial companies and government agencies. Dino leads AZORCA’s Governance, Compliance and Risk Management service offering where he leverages his Contract Management, Intellectual Property, and Global Trade strengths. Dino is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Idaho, and New Mexico.
Prior to his current position, Dino was president and founder of JDA Solutions, LLC, an online legal and business consulting company servicing commercial corporate clients.
Earlier Dino held various senior corporate and general counsel positions at commercial and federal government contractors including General Dynamics, BAE Systems, and The Boeing Company, North Wind Group and MD Helicopters, Inc.
Dino Started his career as Judge Advocate, in the United States Air Force. Dino received his J.D from New York Law School and an A.B., Economics from University of Chicago.
William (Will) T. Scott Ph.D., Network Security and Information Assurance Technology Lead. Will brings over 25 years of experience in developing and delivering network security and Information Assurance to sophisticated clients and end users. He is an accomplished systems engineer with a history of success driving a broad range of network security related technologies, products and system integration. Key areas of focus include: encryption technology, public key infrastructure (PKI), and wireless and cellular network security.
Will’s detailed knowledge and experience in system architecture, network and security protocols, encryption technology and wired and wireless networks enable him to provide efficient security solutions through configuration, process and system optimization.
